Each day you will have access to tips and activities to try that have been developed with the help of an industry expert; fitness coaches, meditation teachers and psychologists, just to name a few. You can start the challenge at any time, and we encourage you to use the provided graphic to track your progress and perhaps write your findings in a journal as you go.
